Processing Time

In-stock orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Out-of-stock or preorders vary greatly depending on the manufacturing and shipping method. Typical preorder processing times range from 3-12 weeks.

During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat-rate or calculated at checkout.

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping

Tracking Your Order

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Drill&Reveal is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll make it right.

If your package is lost in transit, reach out to us at support@drillandreveal.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
